At Lisa Read Coaching we specialise in working with teenagers and have done for many years.

Our aim is simple; help them work out what really matters to them and then help them plan how to get them.

Combining mentoring and coaching, we have a proven track record of success with teens. Examples include helping teenagers improve social anxiety, increase their motivation to study hard, create career and study plans and feel confident despite setbacks
